We have exclusive manufacturing partners to manufacture our products to Australian standards. All the fittings and inclusions are of premium quality and are provided at the same price of standard inclusions.

Our display home is located centrally in the inner west and close to a train station. Our display home itself is trailer mounted at the back of a property with a typical lot size, so that you can easily visualize how it will fit in your property.

All our homes comes with premium features including a large L-shape kitchen with 40mm Quartz stone benchtop and soft closing drawers.

Bigger bathroom with more bling

All our home comes with a significantly larger bathroom footprint with vanity and pedestal toilets in-line along the rare wall, a full width shower/glass sliding door complete with marble effect waterproof wall paneling and hard wired exhaust fan.

Double glazed aluminium windows and trims

All the window frames and door frames are manufactured using aluminium.

Robust 75mm EPS construction

All our homes are lined (ceiling and outdoor walls) with 75mm Expanded polystyrene (EPS) panelling, which in addition to additional structural strength offers enhanced insulation in both warm and cool environments and fantastic acoustic protection blocking out external noises and disturbance.

‘Z’ flashings for next level waterproof solution

When you lift the two side roofs up, there is a step in the roof and in certain weather conditions, water can blow back through the rubber seal. We provide Z flashings that sit over the rubber seal and offer another level of waterproofing.

Strong flooring with minimal footprint

Magnesium Oxide (MgO) board flooring is an environmentally friendly and sustainable building material that is light weight, semi-flexible, impact resistant and can be fully recycled. Using MgO board offers many advantages – it’s water-resistant, highly resistant to flames (non-flammable) and has a natural mould/mildew resistance. MgO boards also maintain all their structural and dimensionally characteristics when wet, and are resistant to termites and other vermin/pests.
