Our customers have the option to pickup the granny flat from our yard in Revesby, or have us deliver it to your place at a nominal cost, provided the destination address has the necessary access for a truck to come and unload the granny flat. If there is no access space for a truck and a crane is required, the customer needs to make their own arrangement for a suitable crane.

How much deposit do I need to pay?

All our products are custom made and require a 40% deposit when placing the order. Another 40% needs to be paid when the product is quality inspected and ready to be shipped. The balance has to be paid before the product is picked up from our yard.

How is electricity, water and sewage connected to my home?

To get electricity to your home, all you need is a heavy duty extension lead, which plugs in at the back of the main container section. Ensuring water supply is as simple as connecting a hose and pipe outlet. All conveniently located at the back of the house.

Do I need council approval in NSW?

If your home is placed on a trailer, and hence relocatable, it’s classified as a caravan. This means that you may not need council approvals. But different councils have different interpretations of these laws. So check with your local council before making a purchase. Under the NSW state government you’re allowed to have one caravan set up full time for a member of the household to occupy.
